I made this heart for Valentin but you can use it like you want.
The rim inside the heart can be gold, silver or other color.

I use Psp 7 and heart shapes. I put it in these zip-file if you dont have it.
 There are also a zip-file with the bow and some jewels.
Open Shape zip in Psp's folder for shapes. Tube zip save to Psp's tube folder.

Open a New image 350 x350 transparent.

Open Preset shapes and find hearts1.
Sett lines to 1. Foreground color to #8b0505 and background color to #c00000.
Just antialias choiced. Begin in upper left corner and draw out a heart.


Go to Selection/Selection All/and then Float. Effect/3Deffects/Cut Out
with these settings. Vertical 0, Horizontal 0, Opacity 100, blur 8,8 and color #800000.
Deselect.

Preset Shapes, hearts1 again but sett lines to 3 and choose ,Create to Vector.
 Make a heart inside the first. Use mover to place it.


Go to Layers/Convert to raster layer. Active layer 2. Use Magic Wand

Click inside little heart so it select.

Now hit delete key.
 Now active layer 1 and use delete key once more. Now it lokk like this:


Deselect.

Active layer 2. Selection/Selection All/Float.
Now the little heart is selectet:



Go to Effect/Texture/Sculpture. I choose gold pattern.
 Use the settings to Psp but sett intensity to 25.
Deselect.

New layer. Open Pictur tube



and find bow tube, sett scale to 80 and place it.

Then place a tube or one of the jewels from zip-file.

Resize 80% and save as tube.
